Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Work Mode: 4 Days WFO + 1 Day WFH

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT and technical positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Hire for technical roles such as Java Developers, Full Stack Developers, MERN Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other IT positions.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and timely follow-ups.
Negotiate salaries, manage offers, and coordinate candidate onboarding.




Ensure a positive candidate experience and meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a robust database of qualified technical candidates.

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Robust understanding of IT skills, technologies, and technical job descriptions.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
Robust follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
