Role & responsibilities
Design & Branding
Produce marketing collateral such as social media graphics, event invites, presentations, and print material.
Maintain brand consistency across all firm output.
Work with design tools and gradually adopt AI-assisted design workflows.
Coordinate with outsourced partners such as graphic designers and event management teams.
Marketing & Business Development
Support webinar and campaign execution end-to-end, including invites, social posts, and follow-ups.
Draft LinkedIn content, email communications, and outreach messages.
Maintain BD trackers and the organization's CRM.
Assist with prospect research and competitive intelligence.
Events & Coordination
Support planning and on-ground execution of firm events and conferences.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and speakers.
Manage logistics including travel, materials, schedules, and follow-ups.
Operations & Projects




Assist with internal projects related to technology and process improvement.
Prepare internal documents, reports, and review decks.
Take ownership of recurring operational workflows.

Candidate Profile
Graduate from a Tier-1 college in any discipline.
Background/qualification in design, management, fine arts, marketing, or mass communication is a plus.
14 years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
Prior exposure to a qualified services/consulting workplace is a plus.
Leadership experience during college or school is advantageous.
