Role & responsibilities
Develop and optimize automotive coating formulations for 4-wheeler applications.
Conduct laboratory trials, formulation modifications, and performance evaluations.
Work on primer, basecoat, clearcoat, topcoat and related automotive coating systems.
Perform testing of coatings for:
Adhesion
Gloss and DOI
Hardness
Impact resistance
Flexibility
Chemical/solvent resistance
Salt spray/corrosion resistance
UV/weathering
Scratch and abrasion resistance
Color and shade matching
