We are hiring experienced professionals for the position of Customer Success Associate International Voice Process / International Semi voice.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory)

Qualification: Any Degree / 10+2

CTC: Up to 5 to 5.8 LPA

Cab Facility: 1-Way Cab

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Employment Type: Full time | Permanent

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process or Semi Voice .

Excellent English communication skills.

Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Valuable interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Immediate joiners and candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
