Role & responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, compressors, ventilation and exhaust systems.
Perform filter cleaning/replacement, coil cleaning, belt alignment, lubrication, and other routine maintenance activities.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.
Troubleshoot HVAC electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-related issues.
Ensure HVAC systems are maintained as per production and quality requirements
Support regular maintenance activities inside production machines ,
Troubleshoot and attend breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Operate and maintain plant utility systems such as Air compressor ,DG and chillers installed in plant




Support internal and external audits by maintaining required maintenance records and documents

Work Experience
25 years of relevant industrial experience in HVAC, utility, and machine maintenance.
Experience in a manufacturing / medical device / pharmaceutical / cleanroom workplace is an advantage.

Qualification

Graduation in Engineering/Diploma/Bachelor of Science
