DESCRIPTION

The Manager - Pharma Tender Business will be responsible for managing and growing the company s pharmaceutical medicines tender business across Government, Semi-Government, hospitals and institutional customers.

The role includes identifying relevant tender prospects, managing end-to-end bidding on GeM and Non-GeM platforms, preparing commercial offers and documentation, coordinating submissions, and following through from bid participation to order execution and payment.

The candidate will also be responsible for expanding tender participation, developing recent institutional opportunities and driving revenue growth from the tender business.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical medicines tenders is essential.

Strong experience in handling GeM and Non-GeM pharmaceutical tenders, including tender identification,



eligibility review, documentation, pricing, bid submission, EMD/PBG requirements and post-award coordination.

Candidates should have a proven ability to independently manage and grow pharmaceutical tender business, with robust commercial, coordination and follow-up skills.
