We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced qualified to join our team as a Manager - Process Excellence in the Software & Platforms division. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in process excellence and be able to drive improvements across various functions.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and inform decision-making.
Design and implement new processes and procedures to improve overall quality.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve process excellence goals.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes.





Job Requirements
Strong understanding of software and platforms development life cycles.
Experience in process excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Experience with change management principles and practices.
