Job Responsibilities
Handle PF challan creation, KYC documentation, UAN generation, and related employee records.
Manage ESI challan creation, ESIC IP generation, and related compliance activities.
Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance activities and maintain relevant records.
Maintain accurate employee data, statutory documents, and compliance reports.
Follow established SOPs to ensure process consistency and seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments for compliance-related activities.

Required Skills
23 years of relevant experience in statutory compliance and HR operations.
Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, challan creation, UAN, and IP generation.
Positive documentation, coordination, and data management skills.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate; an MBA in Human Resources will be an added advantage

IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
