We are looking for an experienced Lead Operations / Application Support Lead with strong experience in application and production support, incident management, and team leadership.

Mandatory Skills & Responsibilities:
Solid experience in Application Support and Production Support.
Hands-on experience in Incident Management and Ticket Management.
ServiceNow is mandatory.
Robust experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and issue resolution.
Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs and support processes.
Must have experience as a Team Lead / Assistant Manager.
Solid People Management and Team Management experience.
Ability to monitor tickets, SLAs, team performance, and production issues.
Good coordination with technical teams and business stakeholders.
