Role & responsibilities

Prospecting & Pipeline Development
Identify and develop recent business opportunities across the assigned market and customer segments.
Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, market research and other business development activities.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure opportunities progress through the sales pipeline.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling
Engage with HR Heads, CHROs, Business Heads, Finance teams, Procurement teams and other key decision-makers.
Understand prospective clients' HR challenges and recommend appropriate products and services from the company's portfolio.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and solution discussions with prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, commercial offers and presentations based on client requirements.

Negotiation & Closure




Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation and closure.
Negotiate commercial terms and close B2B opportunities in line with targets.

Client Transition & Account Growth
Work closely with internal product, operations, staffing and implementation teams to ensure smooth transition of acquired clients. • Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify prospects for cross-selling and upselling additional HR solutions.

Sales Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, activity and forecast information in the CRM.
Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to management.
