Review Title Search Reports (TSRs), Legal Scrutiny Reports (LSRs), and due diligence reports prepared by external legal counsels, identify potential legal risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Examine the legal validity and enforceability of property documents, mortgage rights, and collateral securities to ensure adequate protection of the lenders interests.
Draft, review, vet, and negotiate loan agreements, mortgage deeds, escrow agreements, assignment agreements, guarantees, indemnities, undertakings, and other financing and security documents.
