Job Role : CDD ,EDD, Financial Crime
Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end complex onboarding and periodic reviews, determining the appropriate level of due diligence for each case in line with the firm's CDD policy.
Independently conduct risk research and assessments on activities, structures, and key individuals, applying a robust risk-based approach.
Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening, proportionately addressing any integrity concerns and adverse findings.
Draft explicit, concise risk and escalation summaries to facilitate second-line review and support regulatory scrutiny.
Analyse and document complex ownership and control structures, including multi-layered and cross-border entities, in accordance with UK regulatory standards.




Set appropriate verification and evidence standards, exercising qualified judgement in scenarios where information is incomplete or inconsistent.
Serve as the main point of contact for Financial Crime Risk Advisory on escalated cases, implementing their recommendations as required.
Provide technical guidance and informal coaching to junior analysts, supporting their career development and the quality of their work.
Contribute to quality assurance processes by reviewing and assuring the work of junior team members when necessary.
