We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure the smooth execution of projects and business operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, adaptable, and eager to learn while contributing to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with internal teams for the timely execution of operational tasks.
Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain operational records, documentation, and MIS reports.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
Follow and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned team whenever required.
Visit client locations as needed for operational support, project coordination, inspections, meetings, and service-related activities.




Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate operational data.
Perform other operational responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, MIS, Administration, or a similar role.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Willingness to travel to client locations whenever required.
Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.

Compensation & Joining
Salary Range: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month.
Maximum Budget: ₹35,000 per month.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Location: Delhi.
