Role Description The Sales Superstar role at Vachi Associates is a full-time, in office position based in Sarita Vihar. In this role, the team member will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage leads, and conduct in-person meetings and follow-ups with potential and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include presenting products or services, explaining value propositions, negotiating terms, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in sales tracking tools. The role also involves providing ongoing customer support, collaborating with colleagues to meet targets,



and participating in sales trainings and team meetings to improve performance and market knowledge.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients, present offerings clearly, and build lasting qualified relationships.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience before and after the sale.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, meet or exceed targets, and handle negotiations confidently.
Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding of current team members, contribute to team development, and help drive consistent sales processes.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in business development or field sales, familiarity with basic CRM or sales tracking tools, and the ability to work on-site in Sarita Vihar.
A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial, along with a results-oriented mindset and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
