We are hiring for a Tax Manager – US Taxation (Form 990) to join one of the leading global accounting and advisory firms.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and review US tax compliance engagements, with a primary focus on Form 990.
Oversee tax return preparation, review, extensions, and estimated tax payments.
Ensure compliance with applicable US tax laws and regulations.
Manage client relationships and provide tax-related guidance.
Mentor and supervise Tax Seniors and Staff.
Identify process improvements and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Support business entity tax compliance activities as required.

Requirements:




Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
EA, CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) certification preferred.
7+ years of experience in US Taxation.
Solid expertise in Form 990; knowledge of other individual tax forms, such as 1040 and 1041, is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of team supervision and training experience.
Experience in a public accounting firm preferred.
Robust communication, client management, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with CCS Access and SurePrep tools is preferred.
