Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Optometrist role based in Delhi, India. The Senior Optometrist will perform comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction, binocular vision assessment, and evaluation for ocular pathology. Responsibilities include prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses, counseling patients on visual health, and coordinating referrals to ophthalmologists or other specialists when needed. The role involves supervising junior optometrists or clinical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and supporting quality assurance initiatives. The Senior Optometrist will also help optimize patient flow, maintain accurate clinical documentation,



and participate in clinical education and training activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong clinical optometry skills, including refraction, contact lens fitting, and basic diagnosis of ocular conditions.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Optometry from a recognized institution, with valid professional registration or license as required.
Several years of experience in a clinical optometry setting, preferably in a busy practice or hospital environment.
Ability to work in office in Delhi, India, with a focus on patient-centered care, ethical practice, and continuous career development.
Familiarity with basic ophthalmic diagnostic equipment and willingness to learn recent technologies and clinical procedures.
