Job Summary

We are assisting a client with a growing requirement in this area and are looking for someone who can take ownership from day one. The role of Talent & Model Coordinator involves hands-on work across media & fashion, including planning and executing assigned activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining timely follow-ups, and ensuring a qualified experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable.

Location: Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Bengaluru

Responsibilities
Hands-on work across media & fashion, including planning and executing assigned activities.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintaining timely follow-ups.
Ensuring a skilled experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable.




Maintaining records and updates.
Preparing or supporting content and reports where required.
Coordinating schedules.
Stepping in on operational requirements during busy periods.

Requirements
Candidates should be comfortable working with people, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have transparent communication, good judgement, a qualified approach and genuine interest in the field.
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to share a portfolio, writing samples, photographs of previous work, or complete a short practical assignment depending on the role.
