Hub Manager
Location: Kolkata
Overview: Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of a
fulfilment or distribution centre, known as a "hub," where products are stored, processed, and
shipped to customers. They manage inventory, staff, logistics, and ensure that orders are fulfilled
efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub, including order fulfilment, stock
management, and delivery logistics.
o Ensure timely processing of orders and manage return/refund processes.
o Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth
operations.
Inventory Management:
o Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and
inventory checks.
o Ensure that inventory is stored correctly and in optimal conditions.
Staff Management:
o Supervise hub staff, including picking, packing,



and shipping teams.
o Train and develop staff to optimize performance and maintain safety standards.
o Ensure that staffing levels meet operational demands.
Customer Experience:
o Ensure that orders are processed quickly and correctly to meet customer
expectations.
o Resolve customer complaints related to delivery issues or product availability.
Performance Analysis:
o Monitor KPIs (e.g., order fulfilment speed, accuracy, stock turnover).
o Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
o Report operational performance to senior management.
Health and Safety:
o Ensure that the hub operates within health and safety regulations.
o Maintain a protected working setting for all team members.
