Process payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
Ensure compliances - Manage statutory filings such as Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Skilled Tax (PT), and Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), as applicable.
Maintain payroll records. employee documentation and personnel files.
Coordinate with the Accounts team and project sites across India to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Handle employee payroll queries related to salary, deductions, taxes, and advantages.
Oversee daily office administration and facility management.
