Role Description The Team Lead role is a full time, on-site position based in West Delhi. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations for a designated process or project,



including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards. This role involves guiding and coaching team members, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with clients or internal stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows.
