Roles and Responsibilities :
Design and develop innovative storage solutions using HDD and SDD technologies.
Lead the development team in creating industry-standard software requirement specifications and software design documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain complex algorithms and data structures for efficient storage system performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.

Job Requirements :
Extensive hands-on software/firmware development experience in the storage domain.
Robust knowledge of object-oriented design principles, including data structures and algorithms.
Experience in creating industry-standard software requirement specifications and software design documents.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace, demonstrating excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of system architecture and experience in designing complex algorithms.
