Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer who can manage both brand marketing and performance marketing, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads
Plan and optimize lead-generation campaigns
Manage Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile
Coordinate reels, posts, creatives and promotional campaigns
Set up retargeting, Meta Pixel, GA4 and conversion tracking
Track CPL, lead quality, conversions, CAC and ROAS
Improve landing pages, WhatsApp funnels and overall campaign performance
Prepare easy weekly/monthly performance reports

Preferred candidate profile
25 years of relevant experience
Solid practical knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience generating and optimizing paid leads
Positive understanding of social media and content
Comfortable with analytics, tracking and campaign optimization
Canva / basic creative skills are a plus

We are looking for someone who is results-driven and hands-on not just a social media posting manager.
