Role & responsibilities
Handle and coordinate customer service complaints and service calls.
Coordinate with Service Engineers for customer visits, installation and breakdown services.
Maintain service complaints, job cards, warranty claims and service reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Stores, Production and Dispatch for service requirements.
Follow up on pending complaints, spare parts and warranty cases.
Communicate service status and closure updates to customers.
Prepare daily/weekly service MIS and maintain proper documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Diploma with positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills. Basic technical knowledge, MS Excel and SAP knowledge preferred.
Preferred Industry: Industrial Machinery / Machine Tools / Power Tools.
