Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students/candidates.
Explain EV courses, training programs, and career prospects.
Counsel candidates and understand their career requirements.
Follow up with interested candidates and generate leads.
Handle admission counselling and conversion.
Maintain candidate/lead records and regular follow-ups.
Achieve admission and calling targets as assigned.
Who Can Apply?
Positive communication skills.
Basic knowledge of English, Hindi & Bengali will be preferred.
Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
Experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, admission, or education will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
