Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with robust experience in electrical system engineering, product design and development, component qualification, and validation for HVAC, Transport Refrigeration, or automotive electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical systems and power electronics modules.
Qualify electrical components such as temperature sensors, actuators, solenoids, motors, drives, batteries, and contactors.
Develop and execute test plans, analyze test results, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare DFMEA, validation plans, technical specifications, and application documents.
Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions for product quality and reliability issues.
Support Recent Product Development (NPD), project gate reviews, and IDR processes.




Develop system architecture and electrical hook-up diagrams.
Coordinate HALT, EMC, and regulatory compliance testing.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards for mobile AC/DC systems.
