To guide prospective parents and families through the admission journey with empathy, transparency, and clarity, ensuring alignment between the family’s expectations and Siddhim’s educational philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, digital platforms, and campus visits.
Explain Siddhim’s vision, educational philosophy, residential workplace, and learning approach to parents.
Understand family expectations and counsel parents on the suitability of the school for their child.
Coordinate student interactions, campus visits, admission assessments, and documentation.
Maintain accurate enquiry records, follow-up schedules, admission data, and MIS reports.
Build meaningful relationships with parents through timely, respectful, and transparent communication.
Coordinate with academic, administration, and residential teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Follow ethical admission practices without making unrealistic promises or using high-pressure sales tactics.
Represent Siddhim’s core values of Clarity, Courage, Compassion, and Commitment in every interaction.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; counselling,



education, or management qualifications are preferred.
Experience in school admissions, parent counselling
Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and admission data management.
Empathetic, patient, organised, and committed to ethical conduct.
Genuine interest in holistic education, child development, and values-based learning.
Quality and timely handling of admission enquiries.
Parent satisfaction and effectiveness of counselling.
Accuracy of admission records and documentation.
Timely follow-ups and coordination throughout the admission process.
Alignment of admitted families with Siddhim’s educational philosophy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
