About Us: We are a technology focused recruitment company from Hong Kong specializing in niche IT roles across the APAC region. We are looking for an aggressive and target-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team and help us find top-quality candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand job descriptions and requirements for niche IT roles in data, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, software, etc.
Proactively hunt and source high-quality candidates for the APAC region.
Screen candidates confidently and manage the entire candidate process from start to finish.
Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline, focusing on niche skill hiring.
Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment targets and contribute to overall success.

Qualifications:




Minimum 5 years of experience in external recruitment (agency background only).
Proven experience in niche IT skill hiring, particularly in the digital space.
Solid track record of international hiring; experience in Hong Kong or APAC is highly preferred.
Ability to hunt for top talent and drive results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
