SAP CRM with HANA – Implementation

Role: SAP CRM Functional Consultant
Experience: 3+ Years

Job Description
Solid experience in SAP CRM implementation and support.
Hands-on experience in SAP CRM Sales and Service processes.
Experience in SAP CRM WebUI configuration and customization.
Good knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
Experience working with SAP HANA and CRM-HANA integration.
Positive understanding of Business Partner, Customer, Product, and Organizational Management.
Experience in CRM business processes such as Lead, Opportunity, Quotation, Sales Order, Service Request, and Service Order.
Experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Valuable experience in production support, issue analysis, and root-cause analysis.
Coordinate with technical and business teams to resolve SAP CRM issues.
Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and project documentation.
Knowledge of IDoc, RFC, Web Services, and SAP PI/PO/CPI integration is preferred.
