Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented qualified to manage client communication, branding updates, and marketing newsletters. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication, timely reporting, and consistent brand messaging.

This role acts as a bridge between the execution team and clients, ensuring transparency, better engagement, and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and execute email marketing funnels based on campaign outcomes and client objectives

● Create and send branding newsletters to clients and internal databases

● Share updates, new initiatives, and campaign progress with clients regularly

● Manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, announcements, updates)

● Communicate with clients regarding:

○ Monthly reports

○ Campaign performance

○ Feedback and suggestions

● Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, and PPC teams to gather updates





● Ensure all communication aligns with the brand tone and messaging

● Maintain proper documentation of client communication and feedback

● Suggest ideas to improve client engagement and communication processes

Requirements:

● Intermediate knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media)

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.) is a plus

● Ability to understand reports and explain them in simple terms to clients

● Good coordination and follow-up skills

● Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills:

● Experience in an agency setting

● Understanding of branding and content strategy

● Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
