Erkure Therapeutics is an early-stage oncology therapeutics company based in India, building a logic-gated metabolic approach to solid tumors. We are pre-funding, framework reviewed at FITT, IIT Delhi, and now in a national deep-tech incubator's evaluation. No experimental data yet, which is what this role exists to produce and a bridge round in progress, and we are looking for a scientific co-founder to own the lab work.

-Location adaptable across India; bench work happens at whichever institute lab we partner with.

What you get
30% equity as co-founder, on incorporation
You own the experimental design: which assays, which controls, what counts as a result. The underlying framework is mine and we build on it together.
A defined first milestone: an in-vitro experiment that tests whether the mechanism holds





What we need
PhD or MD in oncology, immunology, cancer metabolism or a related field
Running or with access to a lab that can carry out in-vitro work, ideally with cell-culture and metabolic assay capability
Ability to design your own assays and read your own data
India-based or willing to work with Indian institute lab infrastructure

This is unpaid until the round closes. The trade is equity and scientific ownership, not salary.
