Key Responsibilities

· Lead product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights

· Plan and execute product positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies

· Support sales teams with technical training, product knowledge, and field demonstrations

· Drive farmer engagement programs, field days, and crop demonstrations

· Identify opportunities for current product lauch and follow up till get success.

· Design,preparation & dispatches of promotional material

· Planning & handling exhibitions and other promotional activities

Maintaining field activities data and expenses

Desired Skills & Competencies
Have good knowledge & understanding about vegetable seed markets and competition.




Good negotiation, presentation/report making and inter-personal skills.
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to work comfortably on MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point.
Ability to converse in multiple languages (Local, Hindi & English)
Cost consciousness.
Valuable knowledge of geographical areas for planning your travel. Willingness to travel in rural areas.
Valuable planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
Digital Marketing Skills will be preferred
