Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Forging Production to manage shop-floor operations, ensure production targets, maintain quality standards, and optimize productivity across forging, shot blasting, heat treatment, and material cutting processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production activities across forging, shot blasting, heat treatment, and cutting operations.
Achieve production targets while ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
Monitor process parameters, machine performance, tooling, and manpower utilization.
Minimize rejection, rework, material wastage, and machine downtime.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and PPC teams for smooth production operations.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, 5S, and housekeeping practices.




Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Maintain production records and monitor performance against targets.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in forging, shot blasting, heat treatment, and cutting operations.
Knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality standards.
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and manpower management skills.
Experience in hand tools or engineering manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
