Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. Should know busy softwear .This position involves managing client accounts, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, preparing proposals and quotations, tracking orders, and resolving client queries. The Account Executive will monitor account performance, gather client feedback, and support business development activities by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The role also includes maintaining accurate records,



preparing reports for management, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Ability to manage client relationships, handle queries professionally, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Strong skills in coordination, follow-up, and basic project or order management to ensure smooth delivery to clients.
Proficiency in business communication, including preparing proposals, quotations, and clear written correspondence.
Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or account-tracking software).
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
Relevant experience in account management, sales support, or customer service is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
