Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Plant Engineer / Plant Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, ensure smooth production activities, and maintain equipment efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily plant operations and production activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of plant machinery and equipment.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Ensure preventive maintenance and timely servicing of equipment.
Maintain production records, operational reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.




Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions.
Monitor manpower utilization and ensure effective workflow.

Qualification: DME / BE Mechanical

Experience: Relevant experience in plant operations, production, or maintenance preferred.
