Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development and revenue generation
Handle key clients and high-value business opportunities
Lead, mentor, and manage the BDE team
Set sales targets and monitor team performance
Develop current business opportunities and market segments
Build robust client relationships and drive business growth

Preferred Profile:
Strong experience in sales/business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and team-management experience
B2B / consulting experience preferred
