We are looking for a skilled Level 2 Network & Voice Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network and voice infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for routing and switching, Palo Alto firewall administration, network patching, and MPLS/Internet circuit support. The role involves resolving Level 2 incidents, performing root cause analysis, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring network availability and performance.

Mandatory Skills:
Robust knowledge of network routing and switching.




Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Experience with network patching, including switch port patching and connectivity validation.
Knowledge of MPLS and Internet circuits, including circuit troubleshooting and ISP coordination.
Experience as a Level 2 Network and Voice Engineer, handling escalated incidents and service requests.
Positive understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of voice infrastructure and troubleshooting of IP telephony issues.
Solid incident management, documentation, and communication skills.
