Role Description The Inbound Sales Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. In this position, the representative responds to incoming calls and inquiries, listens to customer needs, and provides suitable product or service recommendations. Responsibilities include handling order processing, updating customer information, and managing basic account-related questions. The representative works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow, timely resolution of issues, and a positive customer experience. Daily tasks also involve meeting individual and team sales targets, maintaining detailed records in the CRM system,



and following established scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer needs.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Account Management skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into sales and build long-term customer relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening, with the ability to explain offerings in a simple, convincing manner.
Customer Service and Order Processing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer requests and documentation.
Basic proficiency with CRM or sales software, and comfort working with spreadsheets or databases to track leads and orders.
Ability to work in office in Delhi, India, in a fast-paced setting, meeting sales and service targets consistently.
Strong problem-solving attitude, resilience when handling objections, and a professional, respectful approach to all customers.
Prior experience in inbound or inside sales, call center operations, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
