We’re hiring a Legal Manager for our client, a premier fintech platform in the NBFC and P2P lending sector.

As the Legal Manager, your responsibilities would be:
Provide legal guidance across NBFC, Fintech & P2P lending, including commercial agreements.
Ensure RBI compliance and update internal policies as per regulatory changes.
Manage litigation, arbitration & dispute resolution with external legal counsel.
Oversee corporate secretarial compliance, including Companies Act and ROC/RBI filings.
Support M&A;, joint ventures & fundraising through legal due diligence and risk management.

Requirements:
8+ years of Legal & Secretarial experience, preferably in NBFC, Fintech or P2P lending.




Strong knowledge of RBI, MCA & SEBI regulations for NBFCs and Fintechs.
Expertise in Corporate Governance, Company Law & Secretarial Compliance.
Solid skills in Legal Drafting, Contract Negotiation & Multi-project Management.
Proven leadership, ownership, accountability & strategic decision-making.
