• Academic Coordination: Manage class timetables, faculty assignments, and exam workflows.

• Student & Parent Support: Oversee student onboarding, fee tracking, and inquiry handling.

• Facility & Resource Management: Monitor campus upkeep, safety, and infrastructure (if in office) or LMS tools (if online).

• Cross-Functional Link: Connect sales, marketing, and academic teams to hit growth and retention goals.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or Human Resources (Master’s is a plus).

• Experience: 5 years of background in Education administration, coaching centers, or EdTech operations.

• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Soft Skills: Solid time management, team leadership, and parent/student communication
