Mann Talks is a mental health initiative founded by Ms. Vidhi Shanghvi under the Shantilal Shanghvi Foundation, aiming to democratise access to information, strengthen support systems, and provide high-quality holistic services to transform lives and empower individuals in managing their mental health.
The role is pivotal in improving the mental health infrastructure of the country by driving strategic B2B partnerships and growth initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead the ideation, strategy, planning, and execution of partnerships and collaborations with corporates, NGOs, governmental institutions, hospitals, and other clinical establishments.
Represent Mann Talks at external events, workshops, and meetings.
Track relevant metrics, conversion rates, and analyse impact of partnerships.
Take ownership of growth and revenue goals, ensuring timely delivery with measurable outcomes.




Perform any other tasks assigned by the leadership team.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
5+ years of relevant work experience in closing B2B partnerships, growing collaborations, or similar roles.
Passion for mental health.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects and outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
Ability to think strategically while executing on-ground initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to travel as required for outreach activities.
