Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and follow-ups.




Understand and map client hiring requirements.
Coordinate interviews and hiring processes.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.
Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process. ### What You Will Learn
