Job description
Role & responsibilities
Create design concept and detailed plans for the project.
Present design concept to client for approval.
Make sketchup model for clients presentation.
Make working drawings and details.
Aide in the creation of a schedule, specification and budget for the project.
Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified desig
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable hands on work experience on software like Revit, Autocad, Sketchup and Enscape; is must.
0 to 4 years of work experience required.
Must possess pertinent degrees in architecture (B.Arch, GD Arch)
Candidates with M Arch may not apply.
Must be a keen listener that is able to identify the needs of a project
Up-to-date knowledge of construction and building codes.
Must show robust project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Education
UG: B.Arch in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Diploma in Architecture
