Job Summary

Solitaire Overseas is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller Lead Generation to make outbound calls, identify potential customers, generate business enquiries, and maintain accurate lead records. This is a lead generation and calling role.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided databases.
Introduce the company and its products/services to potential customers.
Identify customer requirements and generate genuine business leads.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Collect relevant customer and requirement details and update lead records.
Coordinate and share qualified leads with the concerned sales team.
Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports.




Handle basic customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Build a positive relationship with prospects through effective communication.
Follow up on old and existing leads to identify new business prospects.
Maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements
2 - 8 years of experience in tele calling, lead generation, or customer calling .
Experience in B2B calling or the steel industry will be an advantage.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
Positive attitude, confidence, and positive follow-up skills.
