Role Description The AutoCAD Designer is a full time, in office role based in Thane. This role involves preparing and revising detailed architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and applicable standards. The designer will support space planning, layout design, and coordination of drawings with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and site teams. Daily responsibilities include interpreting design briefs,



updating drawings based on feedback, maintaining organized drawing files, and collaborating with colleagues to meet project timelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings.
Candidates should possess skills in Drawing and Space Planning to develop clear and functional layouts.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software is required; knowledge of other CAD/BIM tools is an advantage.
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Attention to detail, ability to read and interpret technical documents, and strong time-management skills are beneficial.
Experience in commercial or residential design projects, and familiarity with local building codes and standards, is an added advantage.
