Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Udaipur. The Telesales Executive will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and explain financial products, answer queries, and generate qualified leads. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, and guiding customers through the next steps in the sales process. Daily tasks include updating customer records, following up on leads, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the sales and customer support teams.



The Telesales Executive is expected to maintain professional communication, adhere to compliance guidelines, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications
Solid Communication skills, including explicit telephone etiquette and the ability to explain financial products effectively.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.
Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, convert leads, and consistently work toward sales targets.
Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn quickly, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage time efficiently, and perform in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using telecalling systems and basic computer applications (CRM tools, spreadsheets, email).
Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or finance is a plus.
