Job Description:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-related initiatives, application development, data integration, and data onboarding projects within the Capital Markets domain.
Collaborate with business users, product owners, data teams, technology teams, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements.
Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process flows.
Analyze business data, data structures, source-to-target mappings, and data flows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Work on data onboarding, data migration, data integration, and data transformation initiatives related to capital markets applications.
Understand capital markets business processes, financial instruments, market data, trade lifecycle, and related business workflows.
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis to identify data discrepancies, process inefficiencies, and business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with development,



data engineering, QA, and architecture teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
Participate in the end-to-end SDLC, including requirement analysis, solution design, development support, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and post-production support.
Define and validate business rules, data quality checks, reconciliation requirements, and acceptance criteria to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Coordinate with business and QA teams to prepare test scenarios, validate data outputs, investigate defects, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve requirement-related queries, track dependencies, and ensure alignment between business needs and technology deliverables.
Maintain functional documentation, data mapping documents, process flows, requirement traceability matrices, and change logs throughout the project lifecycle.
