Every excellent restaurant, bar, and club is remembered for how it sounds. We design and install the audio-visual systems behind those rooms, and we need someone who can sell them.

You will own key accounts in the F&B; and hospitality space: pubs, bars, lounges, restaurants, and event venues. You will build relationships, spot opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals. This is a target-driven role with real ownership, and the freedom to build your own network and markets.

What you will do
Win and manage key accounts across F&B; and hospitality
Build relationships with venue owners, operators, event organisers, DJs, and music communities
Source leads through events, freelancers, venue networks, and your own contacts
Pitch AV and sound solutions in person at venues and demos
Own the full sales cycle: lead, meeting, proposal, close, repeat business
Track your pipeline and report weekly meetings, accounts, and revenue
Expand into recent markets (we are actively building in Mumbai and Punjab)

Who we are looking for
You are outgoing, talkative,

and comfortable walking into a room full of strangers
You are ambitious and want a big target, not a secure one
You love selling: the chase, the conversation, the close
You care about sound. You notice when a room sounds wrong, and you have opinions about speakers
You already have a network in F&B;, events, or music, or you know how to build one fast
Age and background are open. Experience in F&B; sales, events, hospitality, or music is a plus, but attitude comes first

Good to have
Experience in hospitality, event, or brand sales
Connections with venues, DJs, event companies, or freelancers
Knowledge of audio, DJ gear, live sound, or music production
Willingness to travel across target markets

What you get
Compensation plus incentives linked to revenue
Direct access to leadership and a say in how we sell
A fast growth path for people who hit their numbers
A product you can actually hear
