Hiring: Founding CTO | AI Agents & Enterprise Technology I’m looking for a hands-on technology leader to join an early-stage venture building AI-powered products and autonomous agents for enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate:
7–12 years of engineering experience, with 3–5+ years building and deploying production systems.
Robust in backend architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure and AI/agentic systems.
Proven track record of taking AI solutions from prototype to live customer deployment.
Comfortable handling customer integrations, troubleshooting production issues and owning implementation end-to-end.
Capable of building products hands-on today and leading a technical team as we scale. What’s on offer: A founding-level role with meaningful equity participation, direct ownership of the technology roadmap, and the chance to build from the ground up.
