Key Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts, space plans, furniture layouts, working drawings, and BOQs.
Prepare 3D models, renders, mood boards, and client presentations.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per approved designs.
Handle material selection and resolve site-related design issues.
Required Tools: AutoCAD & SketchUp (Mandatory); 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Lumion/D5/Enscape and MS Office preferred.
