Astravant Realty LLP is a Mumbai-based luxury residential advisory firm. We work with owners of premium residences across South Mumbai and Bandra, including Piramal Mahalaxmi and Piramal Aranya, to lease their homes to pre-qualified corporate and expatriate tenants. Our approach is discreet, personal and built on long-term relationships with owners.

About the Role

As Client Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact between Astravant and apartment owners. You will speak with owners by phone and WhatsApp, understand whether they are open to leasing their home, and introduce interested owners to our senior advisors, who take the relationship forward.

This is a full time, in office role in Mumbai, with structured training from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Call apartment owners in our partner developments to introduce Astravant's leasing services
Understand each owner's leasing requirements: configuration, furnishing, expected rent, availability and point of contact
Hand over interested owners to our senior advisors, with complete and accurate notes
Schedule and manage follow-ups, and log every call in our tracking sheet the same day




Represent Astravant with warmth and professionalism in every interaction with high-net-worth homeowners, including NRI owners
Share regular updates on call outcomes and owner feedback with the leasing team

Qualifications
Excellent spoken English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
A poised, confident and courteous telephone manner
Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and high-net-worth individuals
Organised and disciplined about follow-ups and record-keeping
Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets
1–2 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, private banking, customer relations or real estate is preferred. Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
